As a VPN provider, once you add the ProviderID parameter to your subscription, you will gain access to daily user activity reports. The application will send one request per day to our server containing the HWID and operating system information, allowing you to track statistics in your personal dashboard.
User Retention
Adding the ProviderID parameter helps establish a feedback loop with your users. In the "About" section, the following are automatically generated:
A unique email address for message forwarding — all inquiries and feedback will be sent directly to your inbox.
A link to a survey bot that collects feedback and forwards it to your Telegram ID in real-time.
Even if a user cancels their subscription or activates a new one without a ProviderID, this email and bot link will persist until a subscription with a different ProviderID is activated.
