Adding the ProviderID parameter lets you collect feedback directly from users. In the app’s “About” section, the following is set up automatically:

• A unique email address is generated for forwarding messages—all questions and feedback go straight to your inbox.

• A link to a survey bot appears, which gathers user responses and sends them to your Telegram ID in real time.

Even if a user cancels their subscription or takes out a new one without a ProviderID, that email address and bot link will remain tied to your account until a subscription with a different ProviderID is activated.
